Madhuri Dixit to be back in Mumbai by mid-October!

Dancing diva Madhuri Dixit has confirmed that she will be back in Mumbai with her family for good in mid-October.

The actress, who shifted base to Denver in the US after marrying Shriram Nene, a cardiovascular surgeon 12 years ago, is relocating to India, and looking forward to it.

"Excited! Should be back in Mumbai by middle of October!" Madhuri posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Until now, Madhuri maintained that there is no time-line for her return. But she finally gave out the news, and if all goes as planned, she should be back to celebrate Diwali, which is Oct 26.

According to media reports, the 44-year-old has been approached to be a part of the upcoming, fifth season of reality show 'Bigg Boss'.

Madhuri's last stint in showbiz was as a judge on dance reality show 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa' earlier this year.

Post-marriage, she featured only in one film 'Aaja Nachle' in 2007, as she got busy with her family, including two children -- Arin, eight, and six-year-old Raayan.

In her film career, Madhuri featured in films like 'Khalnayak', 'Dil', 'Dil Toh Pagal Hai' and 'Devdas'.

Was Imran waiting for MBKD release to file the drinking age suit?

Actor Imran Khan Wednesday filed a public suit in the Mumbai High Court against raising the age limit for drinking to 25 in Maharashtra.

"After the huge success of 'Delhi Belly' and 'My Brother Ki Dulhan', Imran waited for few days before he filed the PIL (public interest litigation)," said his spokesperson.

The delay in filing the suit was also due to uncertainty on his eligibility to take up such proceedings as he has US citizenship, but a queries under the Right to Information (RTI) Act has confirmed that he can go ahead with it, revealed the spokesperson.

"The delay was because the law had variations and he had to file several RTIs to get the correct picture. The RTI response came on Aug 16 and he did wait for 'My Brother Ki Dulhan' to release," said the spokesperson.
